♦ ILIT
Services include documentation of the Crummey Letter for federal tax purposes, administering premium payments, and performing due diligence on the insurance policy and underwriter.
♦ Residential Real Estate
Fee excludes property manager services. We normally don't charge a fee for real estate held as a life estate deed until the deed's tenant dies. We may, however, charge a fee if continual coordination with the deed's tenant is required.
♦ Commercial Real Estate
Typical property types include multifamily, mixed-use, retail, industrial/warehouse, and office.
